Gary Craig, the creator of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), has come up with a great video introduction to the use of the techniques.
If you’re not familiar with EFT, it’s “an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren’t necessary. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere. It launches off the EFT Discovery Statement which says… ‘The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system‘”
My husband has been using EFT for quite a while now, with great results. It has become such a natural part of his life - he took Gary’s advice to “try it on everything” to heart - that he began teaching it to his martial arts students, and facilitating group EFT workshops.
The beauty of EFT is that it can be used for anything from chronic pain and physical ailments, to things like unblocking your resistance to abundance.
My husband first began using EFT for chronic neck pain, something that he had been coping with for three years, after an injury he sustained during an Aikido workout. Since then, he’s used it on many, many things in his life, and helped many of his students overcome phobias and get relief from pain. He’s applied it to his own abundance thinking, and we’ve been happily seeing the results of this in our lives, too.
The video will give you a taste of what EFT can accomplish. For more information, EmoFree is an amazing resource.
